Description

Description

This gigantic Oak tree was removed from Colinton by order of the council tree officer. It was at the end of its approximately 350 year life. It took a full week to dismantle and produced several spectacular boards.

Difficult to part with these, with lots of figure and rays they are ideal for a massive table top. One side has been sanded to show the grain. They have been kiln dried then stored under shelter for 4 years (currently about 16% MC).

Giant 2.7m long x 800mm - 1000mm wide x 70mm live edge slab - £500 plus VAT each (2 available)
