Description
Up to about 13cm Kiln dried Apple wood chunks and mini logs, ideal for offset smokers, BBQ's and Kamado type BBQ's / oval smokers.
Apple wood smoking chunks are great for giving chicken, pork belly and cheese a sweet fruit, smoky flavour. It has a good long burn time and the smell is pretty much instant.
Grown and cut in Fife, these chunks (that are normally imported) are very eco friendly and are kiln dried so you get clean smoke rather than steam. Many peoples favourite wood smoking first choice.

If you have opted to or have bought an item that has to be collected please contact us to arrange a time and we will send you the sawmill address and directions.
Deliveries
If delivery is an option then normally it is completed within 48 hours but if you are near Dunfermline and need a delivery more urgently we can normally accommodate you, we look after our regulars.
Visiting us
To visit the sawmill or warehouse please contact us to make an appointment, we are in Comrie to the West of Dunfermline in Fife. We have much more in stock than you see on the website.

Returns are not accepted - if in doubt please come in to the sawmill to choose your pieces (we can lend you a tape measure)
